Survey on Design for Safety Implementation

The Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council would like to better understand the industry’s practices, its development and implementation, and the challenges faced. 
 
We invite stakeholders involved in Design for Safety (DfS) to share with us your practices and feedback. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes. This survey will close on 18 May 2025.
 
The WSH Council is also organising a focus group discussion (FGD) on the implementation of DfS on 5 June 2025. Should you be interested to attend, please fill out your details in Section 6 of this survey.
